MyAccount FAQs

What is MyAccount? What am I able to do within MyAccount?

You can view or make changes to your BridgeLink account. Here are some things you can accomplish after registering and logging in:  

  • Order new service 
  • Change your internet speed, or quantity of Wi-Fi routers 
  • Review past or current bills 
  • Change which credit card is being charged 
  • Adjust your account details (email, phone, etc.) 

How do I register and log in to MyAccount?

First, visit our MyAccount system at: https://my.bridgelinkinternet.com.  

At the bottom of the page, under the large “LOGIN” button, you can click on the word “Register” that appears in blue. 

Retrieve your account number from any of your BridgeLink invoices. Enter that into the appropriate form and push “Continue.” Please note that you cannot setup your MyAccount until you know your account number. Your account number will be listed in the welcome email you received when you signed up for service. This should come from ‘noreply@bridgelinkinternet.com.’ The account number will also appear on your first bill.  

Fill in your information, and your desired username and password and select “Continue” and then “Register” to finalize the process. 

You can now login. 

Can I access my bills and change my account details online? If so, how?

Yes, you can. We use a system called MyAccount for this. Here is the website: https://my.bridgelinkinternet.com.

Please note that you cannot setup your MyAccount until you know your account number. Your account number will be listed in the welcome email you received when you signed up for service. This should come from ‘noreply@bridgelinkinternet.com.’ The account number will also appear on your first bill.  

Where can I find my account number?

You can view your account number on your last BridgeLink invoice. It is located in the top right section of your bill. It can be found under your name, address, and contact information. Also, your account number will be listed in the welcome email you received when you signed up for service. This should come from ‘noreply@bridgelinkinternet.com.’ In addition to those; after successfully registering and logging in to MyAccount, your account number will be listed on your home page.  

How can I change the quantity of Wi-Fi routers I am using through MyAccount?

At this time, you can adjust your internet speed within MyAccount, but you cannot adjust the quantity of Wi-Fi routers you are using in your home network. We are actively developing our systems so that we can change this and have it be an option in the future, but at this time you will need to call our Ohio-based customer service team to coordinate this change. They can be reached at: 1-866-725-9029.

Why is my first bill higher than expected?

Your first bill includes a one-time activation fee. This helps us cover the cost of hardware necessary along with the engineering and billing work necessary to set you up on our network. 

How do I transfer my service to a new address?

Please call us to coordinate the move. Our agents are located in Ohio. They would be happy to see if we provide service at your new address and initiate relocating everything. You cannot accomplish this within MyAccount. We can be reached at: 866-725-9029. 

How do I cancel my service and disconnect my internet?
